I’m an administrator with a keen eye for detail who has worked to innovate the operations and communications processes of arts organizations in Philadelphia since 2008.
I’m most interested in working with creative businesses because as an artist myself – a dancer and photographer – I’m passionate about making art happen. Because I live in both worlds – that of maker and manager, producer and promoter – the way I approach my work employs as much creativity as precision.
My interests range from guiding a team through a successful website launch or creating and implementing a social media strategy to being the gatekeeper of the details – the one who keeps all partners on the same page or thinks of ways to stay under budget.
Since I’m such a generalist, I welcome projects rich with complexity. Over the past ten years I’ve built office management strategies from the ground up, worked for teams as small as two and institutions with hundreds of employees, and navigated thorny problems with tenacity.
Have a creative project that needs a guiding hand or consistent voice?
Key Strengths
Attention to Detail
Don’t worry. I’ll find grammatical or formatting errors in a press release or catch that incorrect date before tickets go live.
Initiative
Pulling on my experience with small teams, you can bet that I’ll take your project and run with it from day one. I’m the self-starter you won’t have to micromanage.
Curiosity
My growth mentality keeps me on my toes. I’ve gained on-the-job skills in WordPress, Photoshop and InDesign, and CRM and marketing automation systems.
